First of all thansk to Tanya Wiesner for this great sculpt from an awesome game.
This print is 0.1 mm layer height at 45 mm/s set speed. Sliced with Simplify 3D. Model height is 200 mm.
Reworked the original model to use non-planar cuts where the arms attach to the shoulders so that the join is not so obvious and a key is not required. Did the same for the legs so they are well inside the shorts. The "potato chip" surfaces naturally key with each other and join easily and strongly with just a dab of super glue. Printed the torso upside down so no support is required beyond the shoulders which yielded a nice clean print. Printed the arms hands down so they only needed support around the hand. Printed at 15 mm/s up to the wrist for each arm and then 45 mm/s after that to ensure the fingers printed well (took three tries to figure this out!)
