I mainly print things to make life around the house easier. I have done projects like modeling molds for vacuum forming and parts for model rockets. I have done some things like basic scanning with an Xbox Kinect, but mainly my modeling experience includes Autodesk Inventor, OpenSCAD, and some work with Meshmixer. I have been working with inventor for close to 5 years now, using it in school and in the 3D modeling section of my AutoCAD certification course. I started learning OpenSCAD about a year ago and have been using Meshmixer for about the same amount of time.
