I am a Disabled US Army Veteran, 100% disabled ( I served in the US Army 1984-1990 as a Armor crewman on the M60A3 Main Battle Tank). However, I've been an artist all my life, from oil painting portraits of people and animals in fine detail, to crafts such as making clocks, figurines, concrete works
I am a Disabled US Army Veteran, 100% disabled ( I served in the US Army 1984-1990 as a Armor crewman on the M60A3 Main Battle Tank). However, I've been an artist all my life, from oil painting portraits of people and animals in fine detail, to crafts such as making clocks, figurines, concrete works like making water fountains, bars and BBQ Kitchens, and working with copper, and wood crafts. I studied Computer Repair in college back in 1996. I bought my 1st 3D printer back in October 2018. I learned it very quickly and my computer skills came in handy when it came to AutoCAD in designing.
I'm also a world traveler, and have lived on 3 Continents. I learned about 3D printing while I lived in Kuching, Malaysia and it really caught my interest. But, it would be 4 years before I got my 1st 3D printer. I now live back in the South of which is my home in the US of A, here in the most southern part of beautiful Virginia.
I own a Creality Ender 3 that I bought off Amazon. Its a great hobby and so very useful in many things. I'm not a gamer kind of Nerd, so the game figures and Super hero designs are boring to me. I do like figurine replicas of World Sculptures, and anything with both great looks and functionality combined.
