I’m a firm believer in holistic medicine and I feel that it can really heal pain on both society-wide and individual levels. We need to remember how interconnected we all are as individuals before we talk about my own personal story, so let me bring up what I mean by this connection. On top of everything else, people should consider doing more for themselves because it pays many multiples with increased quality of life. So my main focus isn’t just treating the symptoms which means taking painkillers instead of healing naturally since medications can often be sadly misused by patients. But rather each patient should focus on making healthy lifestyle choices and therefore finally look forward to feeling better gradually without relying on drugs as much as we sometimes have to do nowadays. Finally living our lives like normal again!
