This organ is just partly 3D printed, the rest is wood, felt, 25mm PVC pipes, screws (M3 and woodscrews), woodglue, 0.8mm steel wire, toothpicks and very small rubberbands for the valves, and a 500 sized RC car motor. That's the way I did it, but I suggest you to use bellows instead of the motor, because the motor is pretty loud. I think the rest can be figured by looking at the photos and common sense. You could also build just a one-key organ, like I did it first, for educational purposes, which would save a lot of time and costs in contrast to the build-process of the whole organ. What I also suggest you to do is to use leather instead of felt for the valves, because leather is what real organbuilders also use and it is almost airtight, which the felt is totally not, as I had to experience.
