Micron Miniatures Set MM0011:
British Centre and Flank infantry, Waterloo Uniform 1812-1815 (Shoulder Arms)
This set contains two sculpts, one each of centre company and flank company infantry in a standing pose. The miniature is supplied in the following way:
15mm (1:100) scale - no base
15mm (1:100) scale - base with supports
15mm (1:100) scale - base without supports
28mm (1:56) scale - base with supports.
The round base on which the figures stand is 8x1mm for the 15mm scale miniature and 14x1.75mm for the 28mm one. These figures can be completed with bases from sets MM002 and MM901, both available as free files from Micron Miniatures.
These figures were designed for use in any Napoleonic era wargame, and print and look best from 10-28mm scale.
Thanks for stopping by, and don't forget to check out my other Napoleonic era miniatures in my store!
Cheers!
Micron Miniatures
These print well at 50 microns. Go for gentle and slow lifting and retracting speeds and a light-off delay of 2-3 seconds to maximise the sharpness of the tiny details. When removing supports, I suggest to use flush cutters (Xuron or similar) to free the support placed on the tips of bayonets. These supports are not actually required for printing, but are there to protect the fine details during washing and handling prior to curing. The other supports should be fine enough to break free with gentle pressure or torsion.
