Suitable for PLA or PETG. Use at least 2 perimeters and extra top layers, to ensure it's watertight. No supports required. Using variable layer height can ensure lettering stays crisp, though isn't really necessary if you're filling in with glitter and glue.
Scale up to make it larger if desired - I would not scale down much/at all, or the walls may become too thin around the lettering.
