Recently I made an complete redesign of my very first printer. Did not find an appropriate design for a separate housing which can take all electronics and LCD
... so i did it myself :)
Arduino/Ramps need no screws - I added sliders to the housing and cover which hold them in place.
Overall the design is as tight as possible but there is plenty space for wiring.
Printing with 1.5 - 0.2 mm layer height is a good choice...the body needs some easy support material.
The front cover can be fixed with some screws but it probably could fit thight enough into the body to hold without.
Have fun
Print at 0.2 mm layer height, with 10% infill. This uses 160 g of filament and takes 916 minutes.
