Adapter zur Montage eines Gepäckträgers für Pletscherplatten an die Blaupunkt-Falt-Ebikes Fiene, Fiete und Henri. Diese Ebikes haben zwar innen in den Hinterradschwingen M5-Gewinde für einen kleinen Gepäckträger (siehe Bild), aber die obere Befestigung fehlt, so daß man eigentlich nur einen Gepäckträger an die Sattelstütze klemmen kann. Der stört aber, wenn man zum Transport den Sattel abnehmen möchte.

Benötigte Teile:

• einmal diesen Adapter
• einen Gepäckträger für 20-Zoll-Fahrräder zur Montage an eine Pletscherplatte. Achtung, man sollte einen wählen, bei dem man die nach unten gehenden Stützen passend zurechtbiegen kann, da die Haltepunkte bei den Blaupunkt-Räder weiter vorn sind als üblich. Die einfachen Kuhnert-Drahtgepäckträger für 20"-Räder (Teilenr. 00062020) sind z.B. gut dafür geeignet. Biegt man dessen Streben ca. 35...40° weiter nach vorne, paßt er perfekt.
• passende M5-Schrauben (so lang wie möglich, um die Verbindung zum Rahmen hin möglichst dabil zu halten - M5x14 oder M5x16) und Unterlegscheiben zum Befestigen des Gepäckträgers am Rahmen
• zwei M5x35-Schrauben und zwei M5-Vierkantmuttern zum Befestigen des Gepäckträgers am Adapter
• zum Anschrauben des Adapters am Rahmen kann man die dem Fahrrad beiliegende Schraube nehmen.

Da ich bei meinem Rad die originalen Schutzbleche gegen Hebie Taipan 20 ersetzt habe, weiß ich nicht, ob das originale Schutzblech dazu paßt. Vermutlich wird man es herunterbiegen müssen.

Die Montage sollte selbsterklärend sein. Die Abdeckung für den Akku muß man ein wenig mit einer Schere kürzen. Der Akku bleibt aber problemlos entnehmbar.

Hinweis: den Gepäckträger beim Fahren nicht überlasten! Magnesium ist relativ brüchig. Wer mit dem Gepäckträger also häufiger schwere Sachen transportiert, könnte die Stabilität erhöhen, indem er statt der Gewinde in den Hinterradschwingen die Teile "Bike Rack mount for the Blaupunkt Fiene Fiete 500 Pedelec" von OSXTraveller auf Printables benutzt.

Adapter for mounting a luggage rack for Pletscher plates onto the Blaupunkt folding ebikes Fiene, Fiete and Henri. These ebikes have M5 threads for a luggage rack inside the frame struts (see picture), but the upper mounting holes are missing which means that you can only clamp a luggage rack to the seat post. However, this gets in the way if you want to remove the saddle for transport.

Parts needed:

• this adapter
• a luggage rack for 20-inch bicycles for mounting on a Pletscher plate. You should choose one where you can bend the downwards-facing supports to fit, as the holding points on the Blaupunkt bikes are further towards the front than usual. The simple Kuhnert wire luggage carriers for 20" wheels (part no. 00062020) for example are well suited for this. If you bend its struts approx. 35...40° further forward, it fits perfectly.
• suitable M5 bolts and washers to fix the rack to the frame
• two M5x35 screws and two M5 square nuts to fix the carrier to the adapter
• to screw the adapter to the frame, you can use the screw that comes with the bike.

Since I replaced the original mudguards on my bike with Hebie Taipan 20, I don't know if the original mudguard will fit. You will probably have to bend it down.

The assembly should be self-explanatory. You need to shorten the battery flap a little. The rack does not keep you from removing the battery. 

Note: do not overload the luggage rack when riding! Magnesium is relatively brittle. Thus, if you frequently transport heavy things with the rack, you could increase the stability by using the parts "Bike Rack mount for the Blaupunkt Fiene Fiete 500 Pedelec" from OSXTraveller on Printables instead of mounting the rack onto the threads in the rear frame.
