Endless colors for the cutest 3D printed Ladybug!
It can be scaled up or down with no issues (it's up to your machine's size and resolution).
Wings include pre-made supports for easy printing with minimum material waste.
No additional supports required. Just slice and print!!
After printing (video):
- Body: Carefully move the wings and the legs to free them.
- Wings: Carefully break the supports.
Then assemble all the parts together. The pieces are designed to snap-fit, so you can exchange parts between different prints. Feel free to use some glue if you want to avoid loose parts.
For best results, I recommend printing the wings and antennas with thin layer settings (0.1 - 0.15 mm).
A good first layer is mandatory for the print to succeed. Be sure your printer is calibrated and you have good bed adhesion. I recommend a slow and thick first layer (8 mm/s and 0.3 mm).
Good layer cooling is also recommended, as it prevents curling and warping on overhangs.

Creality CR-10 V3, one at default size when you load the model, the other at 50%. Printing the little one was a challenge, the body was perfect, even the antenna weren't too bad, but the wings were delicate like paper. I broke the first set by just gripping them too hard, I printed another set and cracked one of the wings but said 'screw it' and glued them on with lots of glue, hah.
