These colour shifting elegant warriors are the Royal Guard and protect the highest members of Sunbask Society, The Sovereigns. Their keen eyesight can spot any wouldbe assasins in a croud and can even look in multiple directions at once thanks to their unique eye physiology. Their prehensile tails are able to help them keep balance and even clutch a second weapon or object should the need arise. Their skin is able to change colour. Changing to stone like colour to make themselves seem like statues or flareing bright colours to intimidate attackers. Lastly their tongues are uniquely equiped to launch out and catch prey mid air. They use this unique adaptation to catch arrows and thrown daggers mid flight protecting their charges from assasination attempts.
