My son broke his headphones in the attachment between the speaker and the frame. No sparepart was to find and it would be a waste to just get rid of the Noice canceling headphones that works like a charm otherwise.
So this part is only for the right side, but i would guess that you can just mirror it and it will work on left side as well.
I have used a zip-tie to hold the shaft in place, and it is one of those thin once. The reason for this fix was that the original axel that should keep things in place got lost when the plastic exploded. Ziptie works just as good to keep the things in place. (Might need some trimming on the tie to fit in the slot on the axel)
Headphones can rotate and moves almost as original. Tolerances can be adjusted, but since all printers are different, i stopped when it worked for me.
My test are positiv, and if you also have this problems with your headphone, search no more.. print a spare part or two..
Printed with 2 perimeters with 0.4mm nozzle and 0.2mm layer height 10% infil. Parts are small, and doesn't seem to give in at the moment. The hole for the attachment is litle to big, and if you want, you can make it smaller.
I didn't use support, since it is tight to clean things up. Worked well after i removed some of the overhangs..
Takes like 20 minutes to print, so try what works for you
