Description
This gear replaces a broken gear on a Large Scale Bachmann Trolley. The original gears on these cars breaks easily and often. After figuring out the problem, I reenineered the gear in Tinkercad and printed several. I've installed these on three of my own trolleys, and printed about half a dozen more for others in my Garden Railroad Club.
Printing Details
I have printed this gear in both PLA and ABS. No noticeable wear on either gear. Pictured is a PLA gear.
