We are living more and more difficult days as a result of spreading Covid-19 disease. We are limited in movements, but it's totally OK, we HAVE TO contribute. To support the shopping and other necessary public appearance, I re-designed the open source respiratory valve mask to an everyday use protector mask. It has a slot for exchangable filter (still under development). At present a folded piece of paper mask fitted into it, changed after every use. The straps are made of standard hair straps.
ABS or PLA printing is OK. 0,2mm layer hight recommended. Heat parameters as recommended by your material supplier. No support needed, but recommned to use a raft plate for 6 hours secure position printing. Brim may fold up. If you print it from PLA, it's easy to adjust face shape with a hair drier. If printing of TPU, no problem with shaping. :)
