The Sea Mink was a species of mink that was native to the eastern coast of North America. It was larger than the more common American mink and had a darker, reddish-brown fur.
Sea minks were semi-aquatic, spending much of their time in and around coastal waters, where they fed on fish, crustaceans, and other aquatic prey.
Unfortunately, the sea mink was hunted extensively for its fur, and by the early 20th century, it had become extinct.
