Print this two color vase that changes color when you view it from different angles... or just print the single extruder monoChromatic in vase mode (spiralize) to appreciate the elegant lines.
Cover image printed with Hatchbox Gray PLA.

Printed on Prusa MK2 with Multi Material Upgrade!
Used reclaimed pet g
Printed at .1618 layers, 90% scale. Good quality, easy print
Printed this on the CR-10s using Zyltech Wood Pla. My second print using the wood pla, first was the calibration cube beside it.
Sliced in Simplify3D, Vase Mode Layer Height: 0.2mm Material: PETG Transparent Machine: WanHao Duplicator i3 V2.1 Temp: Extruder - 235 Deg C / Bed - 80 Deg C No Fan. Print Time: @180 Minutes
fed different colours in as it was printing
it came out nice
Printed using spiral vase mode. This came out amazing!
Awesome design!
Printed with Micron3DP Glass 3D Printer. Pure Soda-Lime Glass. The First Picture is 0.1mm layer height, The other two pictures is 2mm layer height but it 3D print with a twist so the model have droplets that shine more than the original.

ABS Z : 0.4 mm Nozzle : 0.8 mm
It has taken me a while to print this in two colors. Even with my "best" calibration, I still can't get the vase to be water-tight. I am printing in ABS, with 0.2011 mm resolution, & about 30% infill. My printer is the Artifex 2 All Metal Duo.
Used Stonghero3D rainbow filament.
Amazing print
great print
Printed at 200% ran 8 hours and 43 minutes. Using a CR-10s. Printed in Stronghero3D Splendid Rainbow PLA. Print failed. On the back side there's a crack 2/3rds the way across and some stringing that I can't explain. Still, I did get a great picture and can display it :) Thanks for the model Devon!
Printed at 170% scale in vase mode. .4mm nozzle extruding at .5mm. Used Ziro Carbon Fiber PLA.
Marvelous
Play gold silk 0.16 layer height
I used Formfutura Pine Wood PLA for this one. Love it! Settings: 0.6mm nozzle, 0.25mm layer height @ 0.35mm/sec print speed (spiralize outer contours in Cura / vase mode)
What do you think about this? Printed with 0.3mm layers and "metallic" PLA!
Printed with Xinkebot Orca2 Cygnus height 35cm vase mode layer: 0.2h 0.48w 13 hours
I made this print today for the first time I printed this big (250mm tall). It came out very nice and looks smooth and shiny. But the wall is about 1mm thick, not water tight, so thin. Is it set in the Shell wall thickness option? I'm using Cura 4.1. Thanks for sharing this design.
Printed with 0.15mm layer height using Cura's spiralizing mode. I adjusted overextruding to 110% to get the vases watertight - Cura -> Material -> (Hidden Option) Flow 110%. The set is printed in 10, 15 and 20 centimeters . Thanks for the great design by the way Devin, love it!!
I just Wanted to do a test print. But it came out really nice. Wanted to see maximum size my ender 3 is capable of in real life (175%). One question pls: How could I increase the wall thickness. I am Using Cura, "Vase mode". I did set wall thickness to 2.7mm, but it is not even half this size. It is watertight though
rough turned a rosewood log, applied the STL file to a CNC machine and voila.
Gorgeous vase I love it thank you
great looking model
This is my first print run of this. Very nice, very smooth. I scaled the Z axis disproportionately (on accident), but I like it. This is a bit of a lie, as this is not yet water tight. It seeps a little bit. I am trying it again, scaled up with a thicker wall parameter, and a 110% flow. Thanks for the design
Such a great vase - thank you Mika3D rainbow PLA
Awesome design and super easy to print in Vase Mode—especially for beginners using Vase Mode. However, I didn’t get enough print Time to show the color change in my filament. Also removed from the bed fairly easy and didn’t rip the bottom off!
Thanks Devin for the great model! Checkout the timelapse video: https://youtu.be/VDJE1Y_V9vw
Thanx for this Great design - Printed with CCTree PLA, 012mm resolution.

Uauuuu, what a nice vase :). I played a bit with the colours :)
Devin's chromatic vase printed in enotepad silk rainbow pla+. Absolutely stunning
Made with Creality Ender 6 using transparent PLA filament. Not printed in vase mode. Instead printed with a double wall shell so it’s watertight. Printed at about 200% scale. Finished height is approximately 350mm. Great design. Great print!
Tried printing with fancy settings ( though I have no idea what all I changed, I just followed a YouTube tutorial for how to make vase mode more sturdy) and it worked great! I think the video was called “ double wide vase mode” and it certainly feels twice as strong!
Printed with one of those two colour filaments (all 3 photos are of the same print). Gives a cool effect: the vase changes colour as you walk past it. Filament: https://www.amazon.de/dp/B09K7WFKZT/
Printed with PolyWood PLA filament.
hauteur 38 cm buse 0.8 40mm/s resolution 0.2 pla yousu bicolor
Printed with SAN Filament. Used Cura to hollow out the interior. Two wall layers of 0.4mm each. It is perfectly watertight :-)
