Description
I Love this little guy! The pictures of my print are 250% of the base .STL model. It did not require any supports, and at this size it looks like it would be perfect scale for a 2 man crew of Gnomes. At the moment I'm printing a 300% one, which will probably be about right for a single Human at standard 28mm scale. I Love this though. It prints clean, sharp, fast, tight, nice. Of course, as luck would have it, I have no primer in my home right now, but in about 18 hours you can print enough of this to have a good fight - unpainted of course.
I apologize for the dark quality of the photos. I printed this with MatterHackers 1.75mm. Black PLA, which does NOT lend itself to photographing until it's painted, but I tried to give sufficient perspectives that it shows the front, side, and backside views. I do look forward to painting this little guy. I'll also try to post comparisons photos of the larger scale with a figurine of a Gnome and a Human But overall I am very very pleased with this print. It takes very little filament and very little time, 3 hours or so. It is ideal especially for newbies, and for those who want to outfit a simple small army, like a group of Orcs or Ratfolk, or whatever, that managed somehow to slap together some cheopo tanks- not to impune these tanks. Adventurers passing through an old war zone could come across one of these hidden in an overgrowth of bushes, and use it as a means of easier travel. Figure out what you want to say is its fuel. Something as simple as this could be designed, quite literally, with Solar power. Kudoes to the Designer! Very Nice Little Build here! 5 out of 5 Stars for simplicity, short printing time, and ease of production that doesn't need supports! ~ Sol
