A Singular Spinner

So, you're meeting the ambassadorial delegation at an international summit, and someone reaches out a hand in greeting. What are you going to do, put your fidget spinner away, like some kind of chump?! No, you have no such concern, because you're using this one handed spinner, and an international diplomatic incident is averted.
If there's one thing that's plagued fidget spinners, it's the difficulty to manage it with a single hand, while retaining a satisfying spinning (and fidgeting) operation. Together, we can make the world a better place, and return to the days of early 2017, when fidget spinners were still innocent and free.
So, this design uses a few bits of hardware:
* Six M4 nuts embdedded in the textured bearing enclosure, for weight.
* One 16mm M4 bolt and one M4 nut through the centre.
* One good old 608 bearing. Make sure you use a good one to impress heads of state when fidgeting at important events.
Designed for easy printing.
