I made this sanding pad when I notice that paper fithout tension knocks down the edges of the model. I use it in postprocesing of my prints and make some iterations to make tension realy strong.
You need to buy only M6х20mm bolt and cut thread in tensioner

Print it without supports!
I print it in PLA, but you can use PETG or ABS, they are harder then PLA
I use 98-99 flow
