Bought myself a Garmin zumo 396 to replace my old 660 which was mounted to my navtower. however, I couldnt mount it because the cradle from the 660 has a different orientation so i needed an adapter. My navtower rod has a diameter of 12.2mm.
This mount should work for the whole 3xx series which has a different style mount then the 6xx and 5xx series.
you may want to print this in ABS or something heat resistant since bikes tend to stay in hot places and PLA and maybe also PETG will likely soften up quite a bit.
will probably also work for larger size rods with longer screws.
