This is a light duty steady rest for a Jet 1014 mini wood lathe. The current prototype was printing with PLA and has about four hours of use on it. This part was printed on a TAZ 5.
Here are two turning vidoes where I used it while making magic wands:
The arms are intended to mate with smalley pulleys that use 608 bearings. This versin of the design uses a hard plastic pulley that can leave makrs on the part that are difficult to remove.
