I cut up a paperclip and inserted the wire into the holes to make the hinge functional.
Painted with acrylic paints and sealed with some UV protectant.

Yes, if you are printing it on a resin printer (or FDM for that matter) you will need to add supports, espcially on the legs. Hope this diagram of how I did it helps.
