The King of Beggars is an excellent source of information about the city. He knows the secret ways in and out of almost any location. He knows both the wealthy and the poor. His network of spies and informants watches constantly and is essentially invisible to the eyes of the privileged. While his information is always accurate, he has his own motives, and what information he gives or withholds will always serve his secret ends.
