There are models for bushes and overgrowth obstacles in Monolith's Conan boardgames.
The bushes come in large and small versions and they can all interlock with each other. They are intended to be used as either boundary barriers or field barriers depending on the game and can be chained together to support either use.
In most cases a figure with a standard 25mm base can "stand in the bushes" if that is supported by your game. I find it really helps with LOS checking where in games like Conan you cannot trace LOS through any obstacle and these really help demonstrate how cramped the boards can get.
There is a textured and non textured side. Print flat side down. If you are a painter, printing half height and gluing two together back to back should work and give you a good base for washes on both sides.
