picture 1: your ring using straight-thumb 4 finger grip (picture 2).
picture 3: my suggestion using key grip (picture 4).
I set the angle of my thumb hole 22.5 deg off from straight. Seems fine to me, but maybe could use fine tuning to the individual. Kept the page-curve on both sides so it can be reversed for a left hand.
