Great example of the early European breech loading cannon that the Portuguese introduced to Japan. The tiny wheels suggest this is a cannon intended for use on ships rather than in the field as it would be nearly impossible to haul it over rough terrain. It would be great if you expanded on this with some of the extra powder charges and another crewman, maybe hold the mallet used to drive the wooden wedge behind the powder charge 'tankard', to insure a tight gas seal. Here is my firing cannon of this same design for both ship and land service, and a reconstruction of one of the cannon very similar to yours, found on King Henry VIII's flagship the Mary Rose.
