This is my version of a grille for the Element Knightrunner rc crawler. I designed it to fit ~2mm LED lights in the holes at the top, but found that 1.8mm micro-LEDs fit the best. It mounts to the Knight Customs front light bucket.
The most difficult part of printing this for me was orienting it correctly on the bed for the best result. For that I had it oriented at 66 degrees upright from the initial orrientation.

Printed on my stock Ender 3 using the following settings:
.12 layer height
200* Nozzle Temp
50* Build Plate Temp
100% infill
Supports enabled (only where touching the build plate)
Oriented 66 degrees up on the build plate from the initial orrientation for best detail and accuracy.
