During the first year of the Great War, the New French Republic found itself lacking in terms of modern military equipment. Through years of social and economic strife, their military had been allowed to atrophy. As a stopgap solution while bringing their industrial output back into line, the idea of the Char Ambulant Improvisé was concieved. Mating the hulls of outdated tanks with the engines and legs of various industrial and agricultural walkers and towed anti-tank guns, these improvised vehicles proved effective on the battlefield, if logistically nightmarish.
-- This set allows you to build two units for the New French Republic, the Danton Scout Walker Squad, and the Danton Support Walker Squad.

What a great model. I love the aesthetic so I had to print it as soon as I saw it online! Here's some feedback on the supports: The "heels" of the thighs on the legs are only supported with a single small pillar that isn't even on the overhanging part so these can fail (they did on both legs on my print). Also the arms of the gunner and the adjustment wheels on the tank hunter cannon both failed because the supports were too weak. Could be a problem on my part but I'd suggest adding more supports if you want to be on the safe side. And don't forget to mirror the braces, I had two for the same side on my first print ;)
