Update: 1_23_2024 - If you were one of the folks that had an issue with the head fitting too loosely, here is a new version that is a "hair" tighter :)

I have been noodling this character for a couple of months. Toucan Beaks have beautiful gradient colors, and I wanted to be able to print the beak separately in order to utilize multi colored filaments. And it really needed to open and close.

By design, It is much harder to get the beaks out again (hopefully you won't need to 😉)

Print Settings and Info:

- 15% infill, 3 walls, no supports, .16 layer height for 3mf and .12 layer height for stl.

- Wings, head, and beak have pop-in feature for swapping out different colors and making this truly customizable!

- To assemble the Beak... Start with the bottom first. Simply set one side in the divot and push the other side in place. The inset of the mouth will guide it right in. There is an inset for the Top beak too. Just repeat the process.

- 100% Hand Painted Blue Eyed Toucan (stl): Body and Head - Cookiecad Mint Chip, Wings - Cookiecad Sunrise , Beak with layer color change on the end is also Cookiecad Sunrise, and Bambulab PLA Matte Yellow

- 115% Green Eyed Toucan (3mf): Body - OVV3D Silk Red-Blue-Green, Wings, Feet : Cookiecad Sunrise, Beak - Geetech Rainbow and Stronghero Mirror Chrome
