I present you the Floating Puke Emoji Pencil holder!
It comes in 2 versions one with holes to hold your pens, pencils, stylus and so on, And another that is just smooth if you want it as pure (or puke?) decoration.

Puke - No supports needed
Face - It depends on how you print it:
I added 2 full versions and 2 cut versions.
Option 1: I printed it fine without supports with the CUT version, but it depends on your printer's ability to handle steep overhangs.
Option 2: You can print the UNCUT versions and place the face up, while pushing part of the circle below the print bed to have enough surface area for it to stick - this will require no supports at all but will have more visible layer lines.
Option 3: Print it whole with supports - You'll have a full circle but the bottom will have a rough finish.
As the lower part is hidden by the Puke - I would go with option 1 :)
The images I show had no supports at all.
