Description
Printed with Formlabs: Clear resin. 8 hour print, around 2 hours post processing. It didn't come out perfectly where the Z axis tips meet but their rounded nature makes it less likely to pinch your fingers while rotating one side. Upper right images is the UV curing chamber. It has reflective film on the inside which makes for a cool photo. I accidentally super glued a magnet in the wrong way and had to drill into it to remove it as drilling into a magnet turned out to be very difficult with the drill bits I had.
I would suggest adding magnets near each corner of the hexagon shape. I think it may make it snap into position better than the magnets centered around the axis of rotation alone.
