Description
Very good models, highly recommended! They print really well using tree supports from the build plate (I have however used support blockers in windows and on railings so they don't get entangled in the details). Well made tap and hole system keeps them together, and the doors have a good hinge system which worked well with bristle hinges (my holes printed a little too narrow for PLA to fit, but that can be drilled out if so). I have completed mine by cheating: printed in white PLA, cheap brown acrylic craft paint diluted into a wash added all over (directly onto the PLA without priming), followed by filler smeared and stippled on. Contrast paints and diluted craft paints on the details, followed by a dry-brush of white on everything. If you don't want them to look just as decrepit as these do just fill in the bricks with filler for a better maintained look.
