Found out that I needed a precise tune of the printer, before I should have stated it. Factory tune was not enough. Go to (https://teachingtechyt.github.io/calibration.html). Can be confusing but go back the next day, and read it again. Really helps. Had elephants foot, non-precise printed dimensions (should be able to get 0.005") precise, with a decent printer. Mine is Elegoo 3 pro. Ran into friction washer for minute hand not doing it's job.
All in all a good looking clock. Had to drill out every shaft with a drill bit. The clock wants to be slow now, because of gears being easy to turn. Removed 1/3 of pennies. Then cut the pendulum screw shorter. Now on time being able to run faster.
Words of wisdom. Tuning the escapement with the gauge is a good start. To fine tune, observe how much the escapement swings into the escapement gear teeth and make it the same on both sides. Fine unalignment won't show up on the gauge!
Also make the frame from Polysmooth. Really shows well. Saturate parts in iso alcohol fumes worked. Let dry time be for 3+days. Gears are PLA
