These digital files will get you started on building your very own prop replica EON. It has been split into components to help printing in different colours, or paint parts if you prefer. The pictured printed model was entirely printed on a Bambu Lab FDM machine, using a standard 0.4 nozzle, a layer height of 0.08mm and outer wall speed of 40mm/s for the silk shiny parts.
All files come into a .stl format, with the addition of the frame, the magwell, the rear sight, fire selector and the front grip coming in .3MF format pre-painted for those equipped with a multi-material setup such as the Bambu AMS, with the settings I found to have a high success rate.
These are the filaments brand and colours used in the printed model pictured:
- The frame and rear sight housing and fire selector: Overture matte light grey with fuzzy skin turned on
- Battery pack, front grip, thumb grips, rail, screen block, front battery wedge and under barrel cover: Overture matte black
- Trigger, front sight and front battery cover + red accents inside the frame, magwell, fire selector and rear sight : GEETECH red
- White accent in magwell: Overture white
- Top slide silver, internal screws and rivets: Tinmorry silk silver
- Top slide gold, external screws: Tinmorry silk brass
These files are for a prop replica inert pistol, it is in no way made to create a functioning pistol, has no moving parts and can in no way be modified to shoot anything whatsoever.
