Two zip files are included, one for a 250mm printer, the other for a 200mm printer.
250mm version needs a 5/16ths inch rod cut to 150mm and 500mm.
200mm version needs a 5/16ths inch rod cut to 150mm, 500mm, and two cut to about 145mm.
Printed at .1618 layer height, 60mm/sec speed, 30%infill, 5 top/bottom layers, 3 shells. Used rafts for better build plate adhesion, printed these tall/standing for the resolution. Auto-generated supports work fine, although these parts don't need many. If printed correctly, the tolerance on the 5/16 threaded rod is perfect, a bit tight but easily put together. This makes a really strong sword once assembled. Sanding used diamond tip file set, and a big metal file. Used Rustoleum gray primer, 3 coats, Rustoleum Metallic Finish, Testor Black enamel paints. **Obviously I needed more sanding and bondo/putty time, but I didn't want to hold this awesome model up longer, so I decided to speed things up which affected the quality of my finishing.

Did print fine on a prusa i3 mk2s :) printed the 200mm version, the only part I did`t like was the two sliced in half pices. The best way to get good ressult is to print the parts standing and not flat on the bed. So for part 5-1, 6-1 and part 5-2, 6-2 that is sliced in half should be one solid part and printed standing. I did try to mesh them together but no good ressult. I hope the creator would upload a new part that is not sliced in half :) The sword was else really nice :) Thanx.
