Ironjaws are large, gray, thick skinned and armor plated monsters that dwell underground. Their environment of choice is rich with iron and other metals. In fact, their shell-like armor and thick claws can shred metals almost at contact, giving them remarkable burrow capabilities as well as their name. Their diet is composed of meat as much as metal rich rocks, which their digestive system reduces to rust dust and absorbs to strengthen their bodies.
The process of evolution that brought these monstrosities is unknown, but magic was definitely involved with it. Ironjaws mostly live underground, and thus they don’t have eyes. Instead, the bulbous protrusions on their skull’s shell are finely tuned and extremely perceptive tremorsense systems which they rely on for hunting and locating threats.
The model is presupported and test printed. It comes with a textured base.
