Description
Kentrosaurus aethiopicus, a prehistoric marvel of the Late Jurassic period, roamed the ancient landscapes of what is now East Africa, approximately 155 to 150 million years ago.
This herbivorous dinosaur belongs to the stegosaur family and is renowned for its distinctive defensive armor.
Kentrosaurus boasted a double row of menacing, sharp, and formidable spikes along its back and tail, serving as a formidable deterrent against predators.
Its sturdy, quadrupedal frame was around 13 feet in length, with a relatively small head and a beak-like mouth for browsing on low-lying vegetation.
