Letter Holder
Simple and practical Letter holder / organiser - wall mounted.
Keeps the table neat and tidy, instead of being littered with letters / posts.
Front one can be used to store visiting cards.
Printing Parameters:
Better to use brim / rafts as warping secondary to cooling causes poor adhesion of the corners.
Printed with PLA at 80mm speed with 50% infill.
Bottom layer at 30mm speed.
Recommended Printing with base down (rotate 90 degree in cura) requires no supports (but increases the print time marginally) and requires no post printing fiddling with supports.
Shell thickness and Inside separation thickness are very thin (1.2mm or 3 layer thickness for 0.4mm nozzle)
Used for Cura for slicing which produced some stringing (have to fine tune cura retraction settings for my printer) - required some post print cleaning work.
Totally took 7 hours to print
