The Narcotics Dealer is a drug dealer and drug inventor from the undercity of Zadorn. He runs a store in the Night Market (available seperately) and is essential to help the poorer citizens with both illnesses and passing the time alike ;) His clients refer to him as 'The Doctor' and he has embraced this name with his iconic Plague Mask to conceal his identity!
