This bot prints in place without supports and has 7 points of articulation. Designed as a fun challenge with less than 10m of filament it will be a good test of a well configured printer. Show off your best prints in the comments!
The main challenges are:
Adhesion (I'd recommend a brim that is easy to remove afterwards)
Temperature control (you don't want his head to overheat)
Blobbing/Stringing (not a big issue, but it can gum up the joints).
None of the overhangs exceed 45 degrees, so they are not a big challenge, and most of the cosmetic ones are less than that, it is a very achievable print.
Once the print is complete, the neck will need to be gently cracked, to loose the head.
The hands can be twisted to free them, and the legs can be rotated, they have a tiny built in support which will break on the first turn.
The shoulder joints have no internal support and should turn freely immediately.
All of the gaps between non-fused parts are at least 0.6mm, slightly more in crucial areas with close overhangs

A strong filament like the green rigid.ink nylon pictured here is ideal if it needs to be play-proof.
