After creating rainbow mace now it's time for rainbow sword.
You can choose from three different handle styles(HandleA_ver1-3.stl).
Then you need to print HandleB, GuardA, GuardL, BladeA, BladeB, BladeC and six Pins.
Stls are oriented upwards so you need to reorient them in a slicer.
There is also SwordInOnePiece so you can split it however you like.
I've designed it so you can insert a M6 threaded rod about 460mm long to reinforce it.
Also CA glue or 3D Gloop is needed to connect the parts. Pins are just for easier positioning.

In order to maintain smooth color change I've cut off 10 meters of filament, inserted it the other way round and printed the handle. Next swap the filament and printed other parts normally.

Assembly
Glue all three parts of the blade(BladeA, BladeB, BladeC), glue GuardL andGuardR. Use pins for easier orientating the pieces.
Use drill to insert the threaded rod into the blade, then insert glued Guard, lastly thread HandleB(flat side down) and HandleA.

Notes: You can use brim for better adhesion for long parts. Guard parts can be printed with supports.
