Ruined Milats' Townhouse was once a respectable dwelling located near the centre of town. Now it lies in ruin, yet still features multiple levels available for encounters, a wrecked balcony, ;once was' closet space, and plenty of detail throughout.

Once this was a respectable, two-story townhouse nestled into the denser part of old Torbridge. Near the centre of town, the presence of aged but sturdy dwellings tell of a time when Torbridge was more prosperous. Though those days are gone, but houses like Milat's were once very much coveted by those that owned them. Now an utter ruin, those that knew of the heyday of Milat's Townhouse can only speak wistfully of its former glory.
