This print takes quite some time and uses a lot of material, but in my opinion it worth it.
I spent a lot of time trying to fix the annoying wobbling issue using the stock carriage, before printing it.
Now my carriage is solid as I always wanted.
To assemble this, besides the hardware already on the stock carriage, you just need:
- 4x M3 washers
- 4x M3 x 14mm bolts (or a little shorter). Longer than 14mm won't fit.
- Washers and bolts are only to assure the legs will be held firmly in place. Not sure if it's even necessary because everything is very tight, I had to carefully hammer the legs down with a mallet, but I recommend, just in case.

I printed in PLA, after sometime I'll update about its performance. UPDATE 03/05/2020: still running this carriage. PLA is holding surprisingly well. Everything is solid. If it breaks or becomes to wobble I'll update. It might not be the best material for this usage. You should consider using some thing stronger. 100% infill to make it as solid as possible. You might be able to print it without support, but I chose to use it, just to make sure the print would print out properly from the very first try.
