Description
Used a metallic silver spray paint, some wood glue, gorilla glue epoxy, leather to wrap the hilt and 3 inch 10-24 threaded rods in place of the plastic pins for the blades for added rigidity (I found them at Lowe's). The hilt was connected to the cross guard with some screws that I grinded the heads down to fit (I think #4 size screws). All blades were printed vertically with supports everywhere and a brim for added bed adhesion. I also slowed down the infill speed a little and printed the blades at 30% infill.
