3D printable STL Building Kit for Tabletop, Role-Playing Games RPG, Fantasy, Wargames. Designed to print without support on FDM printers. Scale Model Kit in two versions: Complete & Abandoned. The actual building was built in 1882 by Colonel Hamilton Yancey and is listed in the Historical Register as the finest example of Victorian Gothic Architecture in the state of Georgia. The Claremont House has witnessed major events in its long history: family residence, gory movie set, bed & breakfast and most recently, a major protagonist in Stranger Things (season 4). With the runaway success of Stranger Things, it has become a tourist landmark and symbol of the town of Rome, Georgia. Today, the building is a universal icon of the Horror genre. • The Extraordinary Inhabitants: five characters from different eras who fight here. • Complete Building Kit: with detailed interiors: rooms, stairs, doors, fireplaces and a host of additional model finery and textures. • Building without interiors: building floors without interior partitions to be able to place many gaming. It is the same as the Complete Building Kit without the wall pieces that divide the rooms. • Abandoned Building Kit: with deteriorated exterior and boarded-up windows... very creepy. • Customizable building: The parts that make up the Complete Building Kit and the Abandoned Building Kit are interchangeable! • The Claremont House is ready to print on FDM printers without supports. All doors open and close, increasing the play possibilities. • Downloadable PDF with: List of contents • Assembly instructions • Characters will be delivered in 28mm and 32mm scales with and without supports.
