Description
Seated Buddha preaching. Unusually for this hand gesture, the Buddha wears the over-robe on both shoulders with a thickly curved neckline, an edge lying below the right forearm, the semi-circle between the legs rather deep and the fall of gathered drapery from the left wrist, where the back throw may be visible, undulating in high relief to lie splayed and almost flat on the seat.
