Elite ‘Cartoon’ Troopers

A masked soldier miniature for 28mm games.
Pre-supported and unsupported files included. Also includes a simple printable figure base and an optional backpack.
These soldiers are decked out in functional para-military fashion. They have tactical vests, belts with big pocket pouches, tons of extra ammo clips, a sidearm and an assault rifle. They also have really cool helmets with mirrored faceplates that probably also have functions like voice amplification, vision enhancements, and rebreather tech. They would make great soldiers or goons in any modern, near-future or cyberpunk setting.
Dark-Platypus Studio specializes in making models for role-playing game enthusiasts. Our models are designed to be printed in 28mm scale, the perfect size for Dungeons & Dragons, Pathfinder, or other games that are often played on a 1” grid. They are also designed to stand up to actual tabletop use: no ridiculous spindly bits that look awesome but are going to break the first time someone sneezes. Paintability and ease of assembly are also important concerns to our design aesthetic.
I sculpted these Elite Troopers for use in my own home RPG campaign. I’m providing them here free of charge to my fellow gaming enthusiasts!
