Mligleth is a truly nasty horror, a great BBEG or nightmarish fiend from another world to appear on your tabletop. He may seem goofy from a quick glance, but layers of body horror create a truly dreadful entity.

- Mligleth has an open and closed version of his head. For the open head, you can choose from 2 different versions of the door / gateway
