This is a small 3D printable hydroponics system. It requires a small water pump and a tube to pump water through.
Warning: The water reservoir might need coating with something waterproof, such as epoxy. PLA generally leaks after a while. I also coated the water channels and the swimmer with epoxy.
The idea is that the reservoir holds a nutrient solution (look for hydroponic nutrients), which gets pumped up with a small waterpump. The nutrient solution then flows along the water channel. A plant holder on top places the roots of the plants in the water channel. For that, I wrap the stems of the plant in foam rubber, so that they sit firmly in the holes.

The pipe for the water level meter is the only one that needs to be printed with supports. Alternatively, it can be cut into two parts and then glued together. In this case no supports are needed at all.
