11 designs of orc heads for the latest "Hardcore Modular Orcs System" (HMOS). Compatible with HMOS torsos.
There are two types of ears on the heads. The pinned down ears work better with shoulder pads, the usual ears just look more orcy. Yes, I am a bit weird.
